Developed Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets to inventory, summarize, and reconcile data requirements raised by five different pre-existing Specifications. Also developed mysqldump procedures to backup and restore a MySQL Database used to to load data for streaming Video Player Presentations and migrate to new system configurations using Comma Separated Variable (CSV) data and mysqldump backup files.

Installed Linux Redhat Fedora Core 4 based CentOS Linux (http://mirror.cs.vt.edu) over the wire from Compact Disk. Downloaded and evaluated Logwatch (http://logwatch.org) and Webalizer (http://webalizer.org) Logfile Analyzers. Also evaluated cpan.org software used to eliminate logfile parsing by directly applying Apache Web Server activity to a MySQL database with Perl/DBI.

Performed basic network troubleshooting procedures using Windows (ipconfig) and Linux (ifconfiig) for the purpose of testing and installing wired and wireless Linksys and Netgear Routers, and Print Servers (Linksys WRT54G, BEFSR41, BEFSX41, WPS54G, Netgear FVS318, WNR834B and PS101). This included VPN Configurations and static/DHCP IP Configurations, and MAC Address Filtering. Also researched and installed free Firmware Updates from linksys.com.

Developed PHP scripts for the purpose of parsing Comma Separated Variable (CSV) data to be used for cross populating and updating a MySQL database with a WebCT proprietary database at the University of Massachusetts. Also developed PHP based Webgui Software to enable faculty members to add/delete course objective information using checkboxes and dynamic multi-select dropdown boxes.

Provided research assistance with the ODBC connector to join Mysql with Microsoft Access and troubleshooting assistance with dynamic memory failures during cursor access. Evaluated the Microsoft Access Developer Edition for use as a data testing and evaluation tool during database migration activities.

o PHP / Monthly MBTA Recordkeeping Update Software
Provided troubleshooting services and a PHP Script for integrating the Parking Services Terrier Card Reader with related PHP database software with Mysql database tables that synchronize, time stamp, and maintain monthly record keeping for the issuance of Five Thousand MBTA Charlie Passes to Boston University students (http://www.bu.edu/parking/ ). Used the PhpMyadmin tool and the Mysql-Query-Browser for maintaining and troubleshooting a Mysql database.

Developed a Web GUI interface enabling MySql database access, patient name sorting, selection and display of 1500 slices of brain imagery and Change Over Time Studies.
Evaluated new technologies for the display of human brain images.
