Directed projects to enhance and extend the centralized database system and associated support programs. Assisted utility managers in identifying high-level project requirements to meet both regulatory mandates and business objectives. Developed and facilitated training seminars and workshops for users and system administrators. Managed Users' Manuals development and system documentation.

KENTUCKY UTILITIES COMPANY REFUND PROCESSING SYSTEM
Primary architect of a turnkey solution that processed nearly $11 million in refunds for Kentucky Utilities Company customers. Responsible for a one million-dollar project budget for hardware acquisition, software development, processing center facility fees, toll free telephone service, and customer service employees. Directly managed an eight-member software development team to create a stable, network-ready, easy-to-learn refund system. This feature-rich system included customer-tracking facilities, automated refund calculations, stylized customer correspondence, check writing, electronic fund disbursement and bank statement reconciliation, access security, management reporting, and operational support. Established and supervised a Rebate Processing Center, hired and managed a thirty-member support staff.

PATIENT PROCESSING SYSTEM
Worked as a consultant responsible for design, development, and testing and maintenance of a computer-based patient processing system. This application featured an intuitive database interface, customizable report generation, and diagnostic support programs.

CARDIOLOGY RESEARCH FOUNDATION DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
Worked directly with this client for over three years to develop numerous systems to support daily operations and on-going medical research.
