Participated in, coordinated, or directed working groups, studies, and other forums in support of the USSTRATCOM J2 Intelligence mission. Monitored Intelligence Directorate local and national level requirements and provided analysis to support the drafting and coordination of the command position in response. Provided scheduling, meeting management, and briefing support. Coordinated and maintained visitor access requests, monitored the command master events list for significant items, managed division participation in the task management system, scheduled division meetings, and supported
maintenance of the division calendar. Managed and maintained a DoD certified secure mobile video teleconference capability, in Targeting, at the government's facility to support division requirements, including maintenance of technical data and crypto material to provide secure connectivity to conference participants. Supported DoD certified conference management procedures for scheduling and conference management, conference configuration and setup, participant facilitation and support, and technical troubleshooting techniques and procedures. Expert in collaboration tools performed as the InfoWorkSpace (IWS) POC for USSTRATCOM for 4 years administrating system on the JWICS and performed as go-to person for MS Netmeeting as the Information Management POC for the Battle Staff/Operations Center and for DCTS. Created and managed the first web dissemination shop for the Intelligence Directorate, grew shop from 1 - 12 with a mixture of civilians, military, and contractors. Introduced the first contract into the Command to address Knowledge Management after negotiating with DIA for funding. Monitored the contract and produced the first Knowledge Map for the Intelligence Directorate and applied ontology to web site and database architecture. Formed and led a diverse team of contractors, military, and civilians and created a knowledge management system for the Targeting Center that was praised by leadership. USCINCPAC added process into their concept of operations. System won a J3 level team award.

Sought out to engineer an expedited task which involved building a network to support 50+ exercise participants from all allied nations; international exercise was a great success after a dedicated 400 hours in 4 weeks were worked to ensure 100% connectivity...Joint Achievement Medal was received for distinguished duty. Project Manager...directed OS change supporting emulation software supporting UNIX applications and Microsoft applications...project was completed in half the scheduled time. Volunteered to install and beta test the first multi-level security system in the Intelligence Community...this entailed installing an entire separate network with crypto and operational procedures put in place to negate security vulnerabilities.
