Conducted and supervised biometric enrollments of non DOD personnel applying for base access badges, allowing entry to U.S. Military Bases in Iraq, in support of the Biometrics Identification System for Access (BISA) and Tactical Biometrics System (TBS). Conducted and supervised day-to-day maintenance and minor troubleshooting of biometrics equipment and systems to include replacement of consumables. Performed and supervised duties associated with issuing badges to include verifying identity, training recipients on the use of the badge with the verification system and recording the issuance of the badge; maintained daily records of badges issued at each site and provided data to the site commander. Coordinated badge issuance with the Approving Authority prior to issue at each site and maintained proper security of the issue facility. Responsible for strict accountability of cards at all times.
