Director, Solutions Design and Consulting (July 2006 - Present)
* Responsible for Solution Design and Consulting for the Mid-Atlantic, Ohio, Georgia, Colorado, Northwest, and Hawaii regions.
* Assessed each region's solution delivery capability and led efforts to ensure consistency in competence and solution development processes.
* Worked with the Enterprise Architecture (EA) executive to influence enterprise decisions on the National Systems Strategy (NSS) to ensure that Kaiser's technology initiatives achieve the highest possible return on investment. Heavily influenced the decision to eliminate technology waiver requirements that did not add business value.

* Responsible for all IT operations including software development, architecture, quality assurance, and data center operations.

* Consultant, architect, and lead developer for Sabre's Marketing Information and Reporting System (MIRS) project. The MIRS project was a large scale mainframe to client/server rewrite. This application was delivered on schedule and on budget and is now the primary source of revenue and marketing information for American Airlines.
* Reduced batch cycle time from 4 days to 2 hours enabling more rapid utilization of business intelligence.

1996-1997 Fidelity Investments Irving, TX
Senior Software Engineer
* Served as Lead Developer to build Fidelity's Customer Account (CA) application, which maintains all Fidelity brokerage and fund account information managing $800 billion in customer assets. Responsibilities spanned across all phases of the development life cycle.
* Architected legacy mainframe applications for rapid integration with distributed applications such as client/server and web platforms. This architecture allowed for rapid capability development and enabled Fidelity to be first to market with innovative financial services products.
* Major contributor and team lead for Fidelity's development methodology effort which led to CMM Level 3 certification.

* Responsibilities included all maintenance and enhancements to the Millenium Series (MSA) Accounts Receivable system and the Franchise system for all Tandy owned stores such as Computer City and Radio Shack.
* Lead developer in the design, construction, and implementation of a cellular telephone activation system for all retail stores nationwide.
* Performed evaluation, product selection, and introduction of software development tools to shorten legacy system development timeframes.
