Enventis Telecom Duluth, MN 6/2005 to 11/2007
Enventis Telecom is a full-service telecommunication provider offering voice, data, and video services.
Network Operations Center Operations Staff
Responsible for proactive support for Enventis Telecom customers for complex telecommunications systems and the Enventis transport systems from DS1 to OC192 circuits. This includes proactively monitoring the health of the network by internal network surveillance and performance systems, troubleshooting complex telecommunications networks, keeping the customer updated on the status of a problem and resolution, and escalating issues to the next level of repair if it cannot be resolved.
