QA Manager Consultant
Performing QA manager activities on an EDS virtual contract to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services in development of the One Program Integrity (One PI) project. The project is part of CMS efforts to modernize their key service processes. Responsibilities include designing and implementing the project's quality assurance plan and processes utilizing current CMMI and ITIL standards. Working with management and other project resources to create and implement Software Development Lifecycle processes and their related QA actions to support monitoring the new processes and their adherence to CMS policy expectations. Senior QA/Test engineer participating in the Department of Housing's installation and upgrade of Peoplesoft 7.5 and 8.4. As the sole QA engineer for the first two years of the project for Orizon, Inc. introduced QA processes to the mainframe conversion process and client/server application development. Created along with team management the software release processes for both the mainframe developers and client/server team.
