QA Manager Consultant Performing QA manager activities on an EDS virtual contract to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services in development of the One Program Integrity (One PI) project. The project is part of CMS efforts to modernize their key service processes. Responsibilities include designing and implementing the project's quality assurance plan and processes utilizing current CMMI and ITIL standards. As the sole QA engineer for the first two years of the project for Orizon, Inc. introduced QA processes to the mainframe conversion process and client/server application development. Created along with team management the software release processes for both the mainframe developers and client/server team.
