Refactored said service to Windows Communication Foundation and adhered to Microsoft Best practices as shown by the Webservice Software Factory patterns and the CoreBank example from Patterns & Practices. Designed, Constructed, Implemented, and Maintained call accounting reports using Cisco IP Telephony Call Manager 4.X server database and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services. Designed, Constructed, Implemented, and then Used Windows Forms applications to prepare multiple Starsearcher datasources for conversion to future VCG Pointwing staffing suite by eliminating duplicates, redundancies, and inequalities. Worked with HR department on OFPR regulatory compliance by providing Equal Opportunity metrics out of key staffing application databases using soap extensions for reporting services. Designed, Constructed, and Beta Released TempApply Kiosk software to Encore Staffing Services built on WPF and WCF technologies with Infragistics NetAdvantage and custom controls. Extra Curricular

Enjoys programming as a hobby and has been programming since 1993, starting on qbasic, then LPC (www.mudos.org) which included creating my own mud (daybreak ridge), and continuing on into college with c++. Watched the object oriented paradigm come about through school and learned it on Borland C/C++, COBOL, and QBASIC at JCCC (See below). Current activities include Channel9 podcasts, MSDN Webcasts/Events, and blogging about SDLC methodologies and MS technologies at www.jamespeckham.com. Active and involved on MSDN forums in assisting other MS users as user id jdpeckham and have numerous heavy traffic posts including “Unified Input for XNA”. My home lab includes a Sharepoint Services 3.0 server running on Windows Server 2008 with SQL Server 2008 and Visual Studio 2008 Orcas. This is one of several machines that I am dedicatedly learning and trying new technologies as solutions in my home test environment.
