CAREER ACHIEVEMENTS * Designed and implemented the Windows 2003/Exchange 2003 Migration from Novell/NDS for PEO Tactical Missiles. The original project was estimated by an outside vendor at a cost of 1.3 million dollars and a completion date of seventeen months. I was brought in to assess this estimate and after review, was assigned the project. I redesigned the project and increased the scope. As a result, we completed the project in four months at a cost of $200,000 dollars. The team was awarded medals and commendations. * Designed and implemented the Windows 2000/Exchange 2000 Migration from Novell GroupWise for seventy locations in fifteen countries. These included over three hundred servers in a large enterprise environment with Mainframes for manufacturing support. * Designed and implemented the Windows 2003 Exchange 2003 Migration from Windows NT 4.0/Exchange 5.5 for 3700 users with zero down time and zero lost work hours in a 24/7, 365 day environment. * Designed and implemented business continuity and disaster recovery plans for Continuation of Operations (CO-OP). * Received five awards in three years of service for my efforts, which included cost savings, technical excellence, and customer support.
