Hands on management of the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) infrastructure and architecture group. Responsible for central web services infrastructure, reference architecture, and best practices. Successfully adopted this technology in a highly distributed - high velocity firm. Frequently made presentations to senior management with emphasis on how services can accelerate IT delivery and reduce risk in IT projects. Role was 75% technical and 25% oversight.

Major responsibilities and accomplishments:
* Supported and wrote services on J2EE (BEA, Jboss, Axis) and Microsoft
