MORE ALCATEL-LUCENT Selected Projects: • Proposed / designed / and implemented a beta Single Sign-On (SSO) / External Authentication Server for ALU Global Network Operations Center as replacement solution to an end of life product. ~ The SSO performed user authentication and service queries to a BroadSoft BroadWorks Application/External Web Server using HTTP/HTTPS OCI commands. Upon successful login to the SSO, the client was able to access a number of externally hosted portals bypassing local login pages. ~ Utilizing existing SSO infrastructure to perform external authentication for PC software based clients via proxy of BroadWorks Application / External Web Server using https sockets. • Designed and implemented a powerful dynamic database-driven website for records, placement and cabling of hardware for large testing labs. ~ Unifying a common input / output scheme allowed consistent information to be stored and retrieved which increased productivity for testers using lab resources and eliminated accounting errors. • Created an internal / external Technical Assistance Center portal that concentrated and organized release information and patches creating faster posting times and cross group collaboration. ~ Created a publishing tool to convert information on the internal portal into an external format for use of customers via Lucent Online Customer Support Center.
