Lotus Notes Administrator, Northrop Grumman Information Technology May 2006 -- Present. Hired in place by Northrop to continue administering the Notes systems for Bureau of Land Management


Lotus Notes Administrator, Kforce staffing, Baltimore, MD April 2005 -- May 2006. Subcontracted to Northrop Grumman in support of their contract with Bureau of Land management, Washington, DC. I am the senior Lotus Notes administrator in the Washington Office of the BLM. Duties include Creating/deleting accounts and daily routine administration of four windows based Domino servers as well as second tier help desk support for Lotus Notes and Blackberry

Lotus Notes Administrator, BAE Systems, McLean, Virginia, 1998 -- 2004. I was assigned to the Federal Systems Group where I acted in the following capacities. Senior help desk staff and senior Lotus Notes administrator. Senior Notes Administrator on project with 260+ Domino Servers world wide and 10,000+ users. I led a team of three Notes administrators. Accomplishments included upgrading system from Release 4.7 to Release 5.5 then to Release 6.0 and reconfiguring servers to allow replication of two very large databases system wide.

One year as Senior Notes Administrator on a second project involving Notes 5.7 running on Sun computers. Accomplishments included resolving long standing problem with internal administrative program and improving reliability of systems by tuning and adjusting administrative set up



Lotus Notes System Administrator, GEICO, Washington, D.C., 1997 -- 1998. I set up and administered a small Notes Network consisting of two Domino servers and approximately 400 users. I also developed several small utility applications that enabled users to move from one desktop to another without having to carry their Notes ID with them or leaving them on the public network drive.



Lotus Notes Instructor, HTR, Inc., Rockville, Maryland, 1996 -- 1997. I was part of a full-time staff teaching Lotus Notes end user classes and Level One technical courses. I achieved Level One certification for Notes R4.x during my tenure with HTR. I taught in their Rockville, Baltimore, and McLean facilities.



Microcomputer Consultant, L-J Services, Laurel, Maryland, 1991 -- 1998. I sold and repaired IBM Compatible Microcomputers, and trained users of them. I also taught on a contract basis Windows 95, Windows 3.1, Lotus Approach, Lotus Notes, and several small accounting programs. I also developed a Lotus Notes R3.5 application used by a client to track his customer activities.

Project Manager, Digital Equipment Corporation, Maynard, Massachusetts, 1969 -- 1991. I served in various capacities ranging from field serve technician to Unit Manager in the Orlando Florida Field office. I also server several years as Field Service Account Manager for very large accounts, including US Army, Veterans, administration and several corporate accounts.
