• Designed an LED tell tail display including circuitry, PCB layout, assembly, testing and

• Resolved critical supplier and engineering problems and put TRW Automotive's GMT900 Brake
Program back on schedule within 90 days. (2005-2006)
- Reduced award-to-production time from 12 to 6 months for the DR1500 project;

• Developed electrical concept design for a multi-panel product at Inalfa Sunroof Systems; worked with suppliers on design and technical issues; solved problems and launched products. (2003-2005)

- Performed reverse engineering on other manufacturers' modules; created specifications that
included BOM and data sheets for all components.

VALEO WIPER SYSTEMS / LUCAS Auburn Hills, Michigan

Combined creativity with technical knowledge to produce analog and micro-controller based wiper modules to customer specifications for this global automotive industry group. Performed EMC testing to eliminate circuitry problems and environmental stress tests to validate designs. Wrote design verification plans and reports. • Prevented a recall of the Valeo Front Global Wiper Controller; re-engineered the wiper
controller, which improved reliability and cut costs by $1.10 per board. (1997-2000)
• Originated active filter circuitry for the Lucas InterAct Test Rig, which was incorporated into the
manufacturing process for end-of-line solenoid testing. (1996-1997)
