PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
AWREY BAKERIES, Livonia, MI 06/2000-present A national foodservice bakery serving markets ranging from convenience stores to the U.S. Military.
IT Manager • Installed and configured Bizmanager/400 for AS2 communication to Wal-Mart. • Implemented EDI using Inovis Trusted Link software package. Responsible for setting up new trading partners, maps, upgrades and general maintenance of package. Required extensive modifications to ERP package to allow the data to flow. • Design, program, implement and document necessary modifications to Prism ERP package using RPG/400, RPGLE, CL, QUERY/400, DDS, PDM, SQL, DFU and IBM Client Access. • Use MS/Access, SQL and Crystal Reports to bring together data from AS/400, SQL server and the internet. • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues with Prism, Mapics (financials), Advantis (purchasing) and GPS data warehouse. • Monitor and maintain AS/400 day to day operations. • Maintain contracts with software and hardware vendors.
