A national foodservice bakery serving markets ranging from convenience stores to the U.S. Military.

IT Manager
• Installed and configured Bizmanager/400 for AS2 communication to Wal-Mart.
• Implemented EDI using Inovis Trusted Link software package. Responsible for setting up new trading partners, maps, upgrades and general maintenance of package. Required extensive modifications to ERP package to allow the data to flow.
• Design, program, implement and document necessary modifications to Prism ERP package using RPG/400, RPGLE, CL, QUERY/400, DDS, PDM, SQL, DFU and IBM Client Access.
• Use MS/Access, SQL and Crystal Reports to bring together data from AS/400, SQL server and the internet.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues with Prism, Mapics (financials), Advantis (purchasing) and GPS data warehouse.
• Monitor and maintain AS/400 day to day operations.

• Installed and maintain four Novell servers across three locations connected with T1 communications lines and Cisco routers utilizing tcp/ip and ipx.

• Supervise programming staff.
• Responsible for system wide conversion to IBM's AS/400. Install and support Computer Associates' PRMS package, System Software Associates' BPCS package and Future Three's EDI package. Packages involved all departments of the company: manufacturing, accounting and purchasing. Conversion from CSI (PICK) application. Design, manage and program modifications as required.
• Coordinate software and technical training and hardware changes at the division office and seven plant locations.
• Implemented a network to link two AS/400's and tie in all remote sites.
