• Make up work orders for the services that need to be verified by Field Crews.
• In ArcView create and attach to work order a JPEG map on the area of the service for the Field Crews to verify if service exist.

Job duties and accomplishments included making the necessary edits and generating maps for the sewer and water systems in ESRI ArcMap 9.2, CMMS (GBA), and other City databases.
• Update water and sewer facility maps using ESRI software as necessary to include as-built information.
