Worked with key stakeholders to draft a clear and concise Statement of Work (SOW) that ensured product deliverables met customer needs.

- Utilized sound agile project management methodologies to define and solve complex technical problems with a commitment to quality. Analyzed Problem Analysis and Error Correction reports to maximize test effectiveness, control change and document discrepancies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, Generated and provided high-level technical briefs on project status to customer program management and senior staff leadership.
- Researched and drafted a comprehensive brief on the Air Acoustic Rapid Cots Insertion (ARCI) process. The brief was presented by program management and customer leadership to the annual National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) symposium, Groton CT Sept 2006.
