Responsibility: Designed stored procedures for fixing issues in Production.

Coordinated with the clients for moving changes into Production.
Project description: FINNESS is a software product designed as a perfect solution for NBFC and Financial Institutions. This is the application that manages lending, deposits, collections and other banking activities. There are two modules Lending and Collections. The Lending module controls requirements of the leasing, Hire Purchase, Consumer Finance and Housing Finance business. The Collection module provides an online tracking facility for the collection team in order to plan and report each and every customer contact.

Project Name: Risk Opportunity Meeting
Client: GMAC (Australia)

Role/Contribution: Associate Software Engineer
Responsibility: Understood the client requirements and created security profiles for the GMAC staff
Created a DTS package that loads the ROM database from servers located globally.
Implemented changes in the application that removed manual antiquated functions of the product.
Created test cases and data's for verifying the application.

Project description: ROM is a web based ASP.NET application that is used for managing the risk of the company. GMAC offers loans to the vehicle dealers all around the globe. It has a SQL Server backend database which captures dealer information from many databases like AS400,SAAB,Holden and CLC. Its primary function is to allow GMAC staff to see dealer details relating to the stock and value of the stock each dealer has on sight. It also shows how much vehicle is worth and to find the finance, Insurance, Loan follow up, Security and Payment of dealer. The analyst of the organization can capture the dealer information of any particular region and perform audits by viewing the Spread of Payments report which is refreshed each day by the GSWholesale DTS job..

Project 3:

Project Name: Business Process Management
Client: GMAC (China)

Role/Contribution: Associate Software Engineer(Testing)
Responsibility: Proactively communicated and collaborated with business leads to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the artifacts like Functional Requirement document, Use Cases, Mock -- up Screens, and Interface designs.
Developed test cases for the application.
Created regression test suite using QTP.
Coordinated defects and fixes online with business users and developers.
Conducted UAT through guided stakeholders tests or demonstrations.

Project description: Windows based application which controls the full business process of GMAC. All departments of GMAC, can finish their work through the system. The system also records information of employees, such as overtime, vacations and personal information.
Each department can have only data of his department in order to keep secrecy.

Responsibility: Implemented colour coding for the issues raised by vendors.
Developed jobs in SQL server which gets triggered when a change cycle is updated.
Tested the application with different test data.
Fixed the issues requested by the client after implementation.

Project description : ChangeLog is a tool designed for GMAC ITG for reviewing the changes put forth by various vendors pertaining to relevant applications. This tool allows GMAC ITG to approve/reject the ITSRs/RfCs based upon the cost quoted by the vendor to implement the change and the requirement of the change. Also the changes are colour coded once the ITSR has been reviewed by the ITG personnel. The ITG personnel assigns the change an appropriate priority and after then the changes are highlighted with an appropriate colour code. Once the colour code is updated in the changelog an automated email is sent to the personnel/vendor who raised the change request. Hence this application tracks the overall changes into the currently used applications by GMAC.

Project description: A web application that provides an integrated system for the advance registration and credentialing of healthcare professionals to support response to medical emergencies. Health professionals willing to volunteer their services during emergency can register in the system. Volunteer training, profession, licenses and credentials are captured during the registration process. State or region wide information is captured in a secure database. Credential elements are validated and used to assign emergency credential levels in advance or on-scene. Facilitates mutual aid of volunteer resources across state lines.
