* Refined customer business requirements, and designed/constructed a web site for a local.dog walking business with special emphasis on plentiful photography and optimization for search engines (SEO).
* Large-scale overhaul of a Denver-based auto body web site to greatly expand the photo imagery, improve search engine hits and store a database of customer feedback, including admin only search capability.

* Led a team which integrated VacationSpot web technology with the Expedia infrastructure which added hundreds of hotels to the Expedia inventory and increased hotel revenue by approximately 5%.
* Responsible for the hotel common check out code which saved Expedia $1000s of dollars in code updates when future extensions to the booking engine were implemented.
* Delivered hotel notification and dynamic reporting features to give hotel managers visibility into patterns of lodging bookings which enabled fine-tuning of supplier requests and saved $100,000s.

* Client manager in a long term project for Ford Motor Company. Compiled the business requirements for Ford, refined them into specifications, coded many features, led a small team, maintained a budget and integrated and tested new features on-site with Ford.
* Delivered hypertext documentation systems for Ford auto dealers which provided details of the entire Ford product line and up-to-date information on items such as recalls. This graphical and textual information was invaluable to Ford automotive service technicians.
