*Executed redesign and expansion of two departmental web sites.
*Provided desktop computer support to 10 employees.
*Creation of departmental intranet including 12-month scheduling application.
*Development of an electronic (internet-based) certificate generator to replace paper distribution method.
*Supervised the development, roll-out, and maintenance of an extensive web-based reporting system

Supervised the customization and implementation of existing Zacks products into financial client web sites. Managed the design and implementation of new products to enhance the Zacks product offerings. Acted as third party vendor liaison for data providers such as HyperFeed, Vickers, Comtex, Briefing, Lipper, and Globe & Mail (Canada). Maintained client relationships post-implementation by acting as the first point of contact for any business or technical issues.
