·The project involved creating an Access database to store data on incidents at their hospitals.
·Then created Crystal Reports using this database and published the reports to the Web, using Crystal Enterprise XI.

Team Lead for the Crystal Application/ WebSphere / Team IT of Comdata, Inc. Development group.
·The team consisted of two Crystal Reports developers, a mainframe developer, a Stored Procedures designer, and myself.
·Responsible for making the transition for this company's entire Web based Crystal Reports from a SQL to a DB2 database.
·Additionally, as that project was completed my team converted all of these reports to Stored Procedures, which we created on a 0S/390 Mainframe.
·Worked closely with Team DBA to create indices for the DB2 tables to shorten run times.
·We used a Lotus Notes/Domino interface to allow users to interactively access the reports on our Web Site.
·Met daily with the Product Analyst Group and the end-users to identify beneficial modifications and to create new reports, such as a series of T&E reports.

·Had sole responsibility for creating and modifying reports for their third party vendor StaffSuite.

·Created ad-hoc reports for use by management at DCl for analysis of this payment of claims data.
·This was done on both a Windows-NT server using MS-SQL Server-7 and also a DEC 2100 Alpha using Sybase.
