- Provide third tier support for existing applications and ensure their smooth operation.
- Lead development teams on assign projects.
- Receive assignments from business owners; determine the complexity of the assignment, distribute assignment to fellow developer with the appropriate skill set.
- Design and develop multi-threaded ad-hoc database driven web/win applications and tools to support said applications to meet company needs in a timely fashion.
- Design and distribute documentation to instruct users on how to utilize web and win base apps in person and or over the phone.
- Design Functional Specification documentation on software application developed by staff and myself.
- Develop complex SQL (utilizing T-SQL) procedures that migrate and pump data from multiple data sources i.e. (vendor files, XML, flat database files, Excel spreadsheets etc.) to a centralize data store.
- Develop database driven web sites utilizing two and three tier paradigms.
- Design, build, install, configure and networks from scratch both workstations and servers utilizing Win 9x, Win2k, XP platforms and Linux, UNIX and UNIX variations workstation and servers.
