July 2004 -- March 2007

•Managed FIS “Universal Security Capability Module (USCM) Sybase/Oracle Conversion + Enhancements” project for CIBC: This project was considered to be very high risk as it impacted all FIS wealth management applications (8) across all environments (System Test, UAT, and Production). The enhancement segment of the project enforced changes to UNIX based shell scripts, embedded sql calls in application code base, as well as changes to client side GUI, Web and Wireless interfaces. The Oracle conversion part of the project entailed installation of a new Oracle database, use of a Sybase to Oracle data conversion tool, installation of Oracle libraries on all affected servers throughout each environment and therefore an extensive regiment of regression testing to all applications. Constant coordination with CIBC system owners and IT personal was of the highest importance in order to keep the project on schedule and to mitigate risk.
•Coordinated Evergreen Server Upgrade project for CIBC; scheduled timelines, resources and implementation strategies which resulted in successful replacement of all servers in UAT and Production environments, The project was high risk and high exposure as it was a replacement of UAT and Production servers which employed all existing FIS production applications across the organization. It was essential to closely manage the project as timelines were extremely tight, resources were minimal and change requests arose frequently throughout the project.
•Produced monthly financial reports for each project for the executive committee review.
•Managed the initiation phase of the FIS Funds 7.9.6 release for RBC, Analysis, Scope, Statement of Work and Business and Technical Requirements. This project is currently completing its development phase
•Met the production implementation timelines for the FIS Foreign Exchange project by successfully completing all of the UAT phases (CIBC)
•Managed “Provisor” joint venture between FIS and ADP from inception phase through to production implementation. The Provisor product is an account inquiry product for the RIM Blackberry wireless device. The project was delivered on time and under budget
