- Only Enterprise Technology person on-site.

- Responsibilities include providing all technical

facility, problem resolution both within a domain
environment and on local machines, help ticket
resolution, upgrades, hardware swap-outs, software
installs, cable pulls, and management of back-up tapes.

- Serving as on-site contact for other departments such
