My work experiences over the previous three months utilized facets of already learned knowledgebase - new experiences in the application of existing WiFi, Cellular and VAR Entertainment services as related to the Marine Hospitality industry (i.e.: Cruise Ship Lines) and fixed Marine facilities (i.e.: marine platforms).

February 2006 saw the team development of a remote wireless workgroup to be deployed at Interact Services new West Chester (Cincinnati), Ohio facility - traveled with hardware to place and set up all workstations, wireless hardware/programming, and POTS telephones.

Orchestrated Cincinnati Bell to provision HDSL-HDLC T-1 data services for a secure VPN pipe to Interact Services, Woodinville, WA datasite w/desktop POTS where necessary. Worked in concert with system programmers to ensure all custom applications worked proficiently via VPN pipe.

During '98 -'00 I was the technical road warrior to Q-Media Services, Vancouver, BC working the hinterland offices (Vancouver, BC; Freemont & San Jose, CA; Austin, TX) assisting new management and supporting IS/Telecom IMACDs of hardware, software, systems and services during merger operations away from Pac Services/Pac Companies, Redmond, WA while managing homeland NetOps remotely..

Exclusively supported DOS AccPac Accounting software/systems till eventual rollover to Windows version; integrated Legacy Dos AccPac onto 2K3 server and XP desktop rendering full usability.

Managed many several IT/Telecom premise IMACDs, inclusive of all cabling infrastructure, datasite build outs and workstation deployments.

Manage scheme to utilize sequestered telephony hardware for re-deployment into three separate systems minimizing capital expenditures.

Received approval from Washington State Dept of Corrections on composed Inmate policy addendum to installation of a Secure Off-premise Signature Packaging Solutions company data link installation at medium security Twin Rivers Corrections Facility, Class 'A' Industries at WSR/MCC, Monroe, WA.

PBX SMDR reports to isolated telephone use/abuse, saving litigation issues.

Managed all telephony systems, carrier contracts, costing and SLA's to maximize cost/billing issues, recovering credits and resolving contract disputes with Carriers, where necessary.

Supervised SQL programmer responsibilities improving (in-house) manufacturing database operations dynamics, support, and user interface proficiency.

Maintained in-house lab to manage, repair and facilitate hardware and software installations, maintenance and desktop support paralleled with helpdesk functions for 150+ users.

Performed all IMACDs on assigned datasite servers, hubs/switches, network operations and support, workstations, printers, cable management, helpdesk services, all telecommunications systems, implementations, support and services.

As the shared technical resource; performed multiple IT-Telecom and Facility support functions necessary to provide efficient network(s), telephone operating system(s) and service(s) to all Pac Companies divisions.

Installed ship board telephone system w/ Cellular services and Navigation software with GPS interface into pilot house display systems and auto-pilot interface.
