SENIOR CALL CENTER ARCHITECT, PROGRAM MANAGER
Senior architectural program manager for all voice and data system projects for a multibillion-dollar pharmaceuticals company. Managed multiple equipment vendors and service providers to reduce annual operating costs by more than $330,000.00.
