* Managed $34M program for deployment of Net Scout global network monitor capability for Global core Data Centers.
* Responsible for $24M purchase, planning, and deployment of F5 Network Load Balancers.
* Coordinated, developed, reviewed and published Dell's Global Voice/Data Network Standards.

* Led complete life cycle of cross-functional team in the worldwide implementation of new Client/Server Web enabled MRP system to replace Demand Forecasting System, Factory Planning (i2), and supplier collaboration systems. Factory Planner generates automated "pull" from supplier inventory direct to schedule assembly line. Enhancements reduced inventory cycle to 2.5 hours.
System Planning & Architecture Sr. Consultant - Corporate IT (1995 - 1998). Led Telecommunication infrastructure projects including:
* Led team that transitioned global network from dial up to Cisco WAN IP Frame Relay, ATM, and satellite connectivity. Managed team of cross-functional project managers in 30 global sites who developed, and deployed leading edge technology for business and manufacturing.
