* Eliminated costly van services by switching the communication protocol from bisynchronous dialup to AS2 protocol using Extol Secure that saved $1,500 per month, more than $20,000.
* Increased the accuracy of billing, decreased delays in shipping and reduced staffing needs during busy seasons by installing Extol Electronic Business Interchange to automate E-commerce processing.
* Introduced reverse material billing into the work line software that enabled the warehouse management system to instantly break out sets into individual pieces and fill incomplete orders.
