* Maintain and administrate all aspects of multiple large SQL Server databases including security, optimization, availability, and development.
* Primarily responsible for several large PeopleSoft HR and Financial databases.
* Took over and modified a large Payroll/GL application written entirely in Transact-SQL.

Database Administrator/Developer: SQL Server Database Administrator/Developer for a large call center. Involved in data warehousing, interactive voice response and .NET programming.
* Successfully developed and implemented a T-SQL based billing system that improved the accuracy and timeliness of customer invoicing. Collaborated with accounting and billing managers. Managed data modeling and programming issues.
* Developed ASP web pages to display employee productivity measures. Managers were given the ability to create user designed reports to track employee performance.
* Volunteered to program and maintain a UNIX based IVR system. The use of an interactive voice response system allowed the company to greatly enhance their level of service. Also designed data marts to interface with the IVR system that allowed instant retrieval of information from the database to the callers.
* Re-wrote many of the .NET 'code behind' functions for applications to utilize SQL stored procedures instead of hard coded SQL queries. This protected the company data from the danger of 'SQL injection' attacks on their web pages.
