KOBI CONSULTING, Centennial, CO 2007 -- Present IT / Security / Telecommunications Consulting Company Company Founder & Owner Sole proprietor consultant capitalizing on entrepreneurial skills to found successful start-up telecommunications, IT and security consulting firm based on comprehensive retail, hospitality and construction experience. • Retained as telecommunications / security and IT consultant for 87,000 sq. ft. retail location. Leveraged emerging technologies to achieve innovative, yet cost-effective solutions for security, telecommunications, IT and entertainment controls. Delivered ~$250,000 in project savings through effective negotiations, design and contract review. • Executed full scope of business development initiatives resulting in acquiring long-term contract to manage and administer security, telecommunications, IT and entertainment controls for a large retail multi-year project with a $1 million budget. • Designed, projected managed and ran all security / telecommunications / IT solutions from design through bid, deployment and production. SYNCOR INTERNATIONAL / CARDINAL HEALTH, Woodland Hills, CA 2000 -- 2007 Leading provider of high technology health care services focused on nuclear pharmacy services, medical imaging, niche manufacturing and radiological therapy. Compounds and dispenses radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic, imaging and therapeutic use by nuclear medicine departments in hospitals and outpatient clinics. Had annual sales of more than $775 million pre- takeover with facilities in 49 states and 19 countries. Telecommunications Analyst II Spearheaded ongoing functional activities, as well as high-volume / multi-million dollar telecommunications projects, in principle team lead & project management roles.
ISDN & Frame Relay network project: • As team lead for a telecommunications project with department budget of $8 million, charged with managing circuits, wiring, telephone requirements, employee mentoring, directing temporary staff and performing an interdepartmental liaison role. • Facilitated and managed the ISDN, frame relay network, POTS, re-wiring and new phone systems project from planning and bid process through completion for a domestic 120 location network. Project came in on time & under budget.

Telecommunications Account Manager • Managed financial, technology, inventory and equipment repair for 7 major hospitality accounts with 140 properties in 49 states, including 12 U.S. territory and international locations. • Administered and audited client property management and integrated PBX systems, including on-site equipment.
