Primary Business Analyst and Technical Lead for American Water's Employee Information Workstation project.
* Gathered, defined, and authored business and functional requirements, business process flow diagrams, traceability matrix, current and future state decomposition, and solution architecture documents in the role of Business Analyst for the EIW project.
