Sr. QA Software Tester/QA Analyst (2004-2008)
Served as a senior tester responsible for coordinating and overseeing various projects. Developed and maintained test scripts. Worked in accordance to QA methodology, project schedule and time lines. Assisted with identifying any gaps between system functionality and business processes. Published high level and detailed test strategies, test cases and test plans. Adhered to the APLC (Aetna Project Lifecycle), using methodologies which promote frequent inspections and that encourages teamwork. Formulated high level test estimates to Senior Management for multi million dollar projects. Supplied recommendations in the development of test framework. Business Information Consultant (2000 - 2002)
Provided business support for Provider Contracted Risk Entities. Support included helping understand refinements that can be made to improve our contracted relationships with our Risk Entities. Initiated and helped implement system enhancements. Defined continuous improvement processes. Provided training via power point presentations to outside entities as well as internal staff on an as-needed basis.
• Developed a new referral file that could be used as a tool to monitor claim data for risk membership. The new file resulted in more explicit solutions for unexplained claim data and increased understanding and effectiveness for the Provider Contracted Risk Entities.
• Reduced the full day training program into a 4 hours training session that ended up being more productive for the trainee without eliminating necessary training materials.
• Created a database using Access that would help monitor pre-admission testing claims for all Risk membership.

Served as senior analyst on a System Support team for all Claim functions to assure proper claims adjudication. Development and execution of detailed test plans and test scripts. Worked closely with the programming team to identify and resolve system-related issues to meet business goals.
