Description

The objective of the RAKBANK middleware System architecture is to provide a channel agnostic service based integration hub that enables communication between Bank's Channels (e.g. IVR (Integrated Voice Response), IB (Internet Banking)) and RAKBank host applications. A RAKBank Integration Framework named Crystal developed to accomplish above for both credit card and debit card system operations. Testing will be carried out for the integration middleware using black-box approach. The developed system has the following modules:

• IVR (Card Application Status Check, Card Activation, Card Authorization and Channel Query).
• IB (Card Transaction History, Recurring Payment, Card Blocking, Fund Blocking and Previous Statement).
