strategic accounts in the U.S. In addition, I have experience in developing and working early on for several successful start-up companies including ( SDA/Cadence Design Systems, MIPS Computers, HLDS ) and cofounded
InTime Software Inc. in 1998. I am technically versatile, with proficiency in IC design, computer systems administration, and telecommunications management.

Accomplishments
International/Sales: Achieved Arteris' first million dollar sale within first three months of joining the company. Secured Ponte' Solutions first major customer in the US & Asia. Obtained InTime Software's first company sales and responsible for all revenue for the company. Ramped Cadence Design Systems' analog IC sales from $0 to a $50,000,000 revenue stream in five years. Drove and supported Cadence Deep-Sub-Micron Business Unit IC sales to a $250,000,000 revenue stream. Consistently overachieved quota by at least 125%. Ramped Cadence's Japan distributor to account for more than 40% of its IC product sales. Drastically improved High Level Design Systems (HLDS) distributor sales to account for 30% of the company's revenue.

Business Development: Secured and currently managing Arteris product distributor in Japan ( Innotech ) and Strategic Accounts in the US. Obtained Giga Scale's first product sales introducing the company into the
market ( Microsoft & Samsung ). Secured InTime's first two technology partnerships totaling over $1,500,000. Responsible for identifying, securing and managing all product distributors and EDA vendors world-wide for InTime Software Inc. Defined and developed business development strategies for Cadence Design Systems. Obtained the company's first IC product subscription deal worth $12,000,000. Obtained the company's first analog subscription deal worth $6,000,000. Closed the first technology subscription deal valued at $1,000,000 for HLDS.

Technical Project Management: Directed project to develop FPGA demonstrator to demo Arteris' Network on Chip solution to improve and reduce the sales cycle. Directed and managed successfully Giga Scales Intel engagement resulting in a technical partnership relationship and product sales. Directed successfully InTime's R&D for technical projects at Matsushita, Sony, Fujitsu, NEC, Hynix, Hewlett-Packard, Motorola, and AMCC, all resulting in partnerships and repeat sales. Led the technical team layout group for the MIPS R6000 RISC microprocessor chip set. Developed and wrote the DRC package for Cadence's analog artist system. Led the technical team in the development of the Placement & Routing of the BELLMAC32 microprocessor chip set.
Member of technical team that developed Bell Labs' bench test system for BELLMAC32. Designed and implemented several designs for Harris Semiconductor.
