Intern, Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Newport, RI (3/06-present) * Designed and implemented a simulator for multiple autonomous undersea vehicles including a 3D GUI using OpenGL; used existing NUWC high-fidelity vehicle dynamics and forward-looking sonar models; developed low-fidelity acoustic communication, navigation, target detection, and environmental models. * Performed research on multi-vehicle autonomy * Designed and implemented advanced autonomy algorithms * Assisted in NUWC projects; currently preparing for testing an organization-wide modeling & simulation initiative * Tasks include daily programming using C, C++, OpenGL, DICE, LabView CVI, UDP
