Project Description:
This is a .net based Window and Web application having information in insurance domain. Several customizations have been made in the Application, based on Client's choice, Sales person and Agents. Various tools were made available to track and prepare the policy details of the customers situated in different states in US. The project is equipped with highly technical equipments like Electronic Signature capturing, Voice Signature, etc.
Contribution to the Project:
? Planning, resource allocation & identifying the manual test cases for test Automation.
? Designing Library Files for user-defined functions and segregating total actions.
? Designing recovery scenario for data creation to make the process 100% automatic. This saved 2 FTE billing for client which was considered a major value add to the Customer as a result of which Genpact was awarded the next few releases for the client.

e-VOC is a web based application created to manage the creation and sending of questionnaires to customer stakeholders, collection of data and tracking of issues. The business processes at Genpact needed to conduct periodic surveys to gather VOC from customers pertaining to service level performance, including operational performance, people management, communication, productivity, support, overall satisfaction, etc.
Contribution to the Project:
? Designed Scripts for different modules like Respondent Master, Rollout Master, Email Template, Issue Tracker, and View Survey Link depending upon the user rights i.e. Admin, Black Belt and AVP with handling of all Exceptions Scenarios.
? Interacted & coordinated with the development team to do white box testing & fix different bugs before sending the same for production.

This project aimed to identify the FileNet/ IXOS Imaging Solution related system requirements and to outline the overall system workflow management solution strategy and system architecture using FileNet for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable process. This solution was required to enable transition of the Cadbury Schweppes Accounts Payable processes to Genpact.

Contribution to the Project:
? Generated automation script Using QTP using BPT Framework Sourcing, OM. Acted as S.M.E and owner for PA and PO module.
? Created one Macro based tool that will reduce 30% man hours during creation of the scripts. Currently engaged in upgrading the scripts to QC as per the framework.

? Created a web based tool that takes input as QTP generated code and give the output as per the framework, which is being used across the all P&L.
