Senior Systems Engineer AT&T, Middletown, NJ, USA Nov 2007 -- May 1, 2009 Project: Intelligent Content Distribution Service (ICDS) Enhancements ICDS accelerates Internet content utilizing cache servers located within the AT&T network. The content can be either a web object or an audio/video stream. Instead of customer origin web servers or media servers, ICDS edge/cache servers act as the front-end interface answering content requests from internet end-users. Each edge/cache servers need to pick up content from origin servers only as needed. If a cache server considers itself has a valid cached copy of the content, the cache server delivers the content to the end-user directly. ICDS enables AT&T's customers to provide content to internet end-users without extensive investments in network infrastructure and server farms. I worked with a team of 126 people consisting of Systems Engineers, Developers, QA & Testers, DBAs, Network Engineers and Business Analysts. As Senior Systems Engineer, my Duties and Responsibilities included the following: • Provided Impact Assessment, Functional Requirement, Defining the Solution, Supports Operations, and Tier 4 Support. • Prepared and developed Tier 2 JRD and SWBRD requirement documents. • Prepared and developed Tier 3 Systems Technical specifications and requirements • Evaluated various architectural design options. • Supported developers & testers on issues related to requirements. • Worked with product managements, networks planners, capacity planners, operation planners & deployment planners to create the JRD and SWBRD requirements. • Trained customers and other staff members in new features as required • Updated system modules documents and features for training and user manuals. • Prepared Test Plans and Test cases • Performed System, Sanity and Regression Testing

C. Senior Business Systems Analyst (Consultant) Project: Bell Digital Voice Plus - Bell Canada, April 2005 to Sept 2005
The intent of this project is to introduce VOIP service to the consumer market, with a different technology solution where customers will not be required to install any CPE as the new technology will be implemented within the network/CO infrastructure. This will alleviate the contentious 9-1-1 issues and battery back up within the customer home. The project was completed in 6 months and the team was comprised of 16 consultants and developers. Assigned as SR Business System Analyst with specific duties to define the automation process of the BDV Workflow. • Identified the following processes will be automated through the Workflow system for provisioning within MCS and Anypath: - Parse and decompose BCRIS extracts. - Create New BDV customers and migrate Wireline customers to BDV. - Change billable features on existing profiles via the self-serve portal i.e. Activation/deactivation of secondary numbers, Add/delete Meet-me-calling, Add/delete overseas block of time (OBOT) • Impact associated with I-in and O-out orders as well as T-To and F-From orders. • Change Primary Number related to a T and F order. - Suspend and unsuspended. - Disconnect • The BDV Workflow System will be configured to directly interface with BCRIS extracts, Maple Voice and Maxflow. BDV Workflow will handle provisioning and interface errors by sending an e-mail to the appropriate support group: - Process SP & A for Anypath errors through Maple Voice - Process CGI AMS for Maple Voice provisioning errors or Workflow system errors. - Process COE for MCS provisioning errors with a copy to CGI AMS

F. Sr IT Consultant/Sr BA/Sr SA Project: BDI Compensation Enhancement - Bell Canada, July 2001 to Jan 2002 The purpose of this project is to enhance the BELL to BDI data interface. The interface will now contain BELL transactions that de-activates products activated previously on BDI transactions. The interface will subsequently also contain BELL transactions that de-activates products activated previously on these BELL transactions. In support of this, all transactions within BDI Comp will now contain an indicator identifying its source as BDI or BELL. Furthermore, line items that de-activate a previous activation will carry key values for the order that contained the activation. These key values will now be added to the BELL to BDI data interface. In support of this, the BDI Comp to BDI portion of the data interface will now contain the Business Office Code of the BDI and BELL orders. This will assist in uniquely identifying all transactions. The project was completed in 6 months. Responsibilities includes the following: • Coded, setup unit test environment and unit tested programs, JCLs affected by the BDI Comp Enhancement project • Prepared Operational Impact Specification and Overall Test Plan • Prepared Operations Documentation (Delivery Plan, Host Cutover Document, MVS Change Details, NFC document) • Setup client Acceptance Environment
G. Senior Systems Analyst Project: 416/905 Overlay Project - Bell Canada, Oct 1999 to July 2000 Under the overlay concept the existing territory assigned to the existing NPA does not change. Thus, the 514 and 519 NPA codes will remain active in precisely the same switches and for precisely the same lines as now. No telephone numbers will change. Growth within the 514 and 519 territories will be accommodated using NXX's in the new area code, as required, to meet demand. Thus a customer could have lines in both NPA's over time, under separate accounts. All local calls must be dialed using the full 10-digit telephone number within the 514 / 438 geographical area and within the 519 / 226 geographical area. The NPA overlay affects virtually all of Bell Canada's operations and requires network rearrangements, reprogramming of central office equipment to process the new area code properly, reprogramming of customers terminal equipment, extensive communications with customers, and modification of OSS (Operational Support Systems) to properly use the new area code. The project was completed in 10 months. Responsibilities included the following: • Designed, coded and tested the following Sales & Marketing Application programs impacted by the 416/905 area codes: - CEdge and BEdge programs - ABMTRAK programs - Loyalty programs Environment / Technologies: COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL.
