•Understand software design, functionality, configuration and behavior of products
•Gather, document and translate client business requirements into functional specifications, technical requirements documents and scoping documents for the development of Sales Automation software

I was responsible for documenting short functional specification for adding a new user group (Medical Science Liaison) to an existing system. Anticipated in the training given to Medical Science Liaison group while applying the new application to their system.
