The mission of iCATALYTICS is to provide applications which includes predictive technology to grow top-line sales, improve margin and identify opportunities for profitable growth. My primary role is building a proprietary Predictive Modeling & Optimization engine which builds response models in order to forecast future behavior as the react to every day price change, promotion execution and competitive activity.iCATALYTICS includes Alert System, Reporting, Scorecards applications.

Alert System generate alerts if the alert expression (ex: Volume_Lift < 50000) specified by the user evaluates to true.This system contians another important component called Root Cause Analysis, This algorithm gives the details of each component's (or Varaible) contribution to the alert.This component brings key benefits to CPG companies by warning of variations from plan while a promotion is still running at retail.

Role : Developer.
Description:

TeMIP Software is used widely by Network Vendors like Vodafone, Bharthi, British Telecoms and etc. Issues related to framework which was kernel of the product was handled and also if necessary provided patches along with the proper fix to the problem. Successfully involved in educating customers about the product.

Description:

Red Brick Warehouse is a Data warehouse product, which is used by many customers like NEC Japan, NASA USA, Cognos Japan and etc. Handling Customer Issues and also if necessary provided patches along with the proper fix to there problem. Successfully involved in educating customers about the product.

Project: Porting ODBC 32 bit Driver to ODBC 64 bit Driver.

Red Brick Warehouse is a Data warehouse product, which supports ODBC connectivity. Red Brick Warehouse product was supporting only 32 bit ODBC drivers on windows. On Customer demand, we ported 32-bit ODBC driver to 64-bit ODBC Driver on Windows. We did not want to break the backward compatibility so Redbrick still support 32bit ODBC driver.

Aim of this Project was to support Varchar datatype. As a QA Engineer, wrote Tests cases to test functionality of the product. Regression testing, Functional Testing and Manual Testing was carried out. Verification of the code fix for the customer reported issues. As Developer , I had to fix the regression defects, during regression Testing.

1. Linux Device Driver for Smart Card Readers

Description:

The objective of our project is to provide a serial port Communication for Smart Card Readers under Linux Environment. Implemented Smart Card Reader APIs required for communication and transaction of data through serial port. The whole project was converted to a shared object, which is similar to DLL in windows. The application module was designed using QT Designer. This project was successfully completed at California Cards and Systems Basavangudi Blore.

2. Multi Flux Operating System

Description:

The objective of our project was to build a small operating system, which runs on a floppy disk. This operating system had multi-user environment and multi-processing environment. This project consists of three main parts, Boot Loader, Shell and Kernel. Boot Loader to load our OS to Memory. Shell validates the syntax of the command and passes it on to the kernel. Kernel carries the actual execution of the commands.
