For Perk Systems Client Wells Fargo, I did a project. Wells Fargo in pursuit of customer convenience wanted to provide a system to create a system of SMS alerts of their accounts on their cell phones (e-mails secondary). This system was created for existing account holders utilizing VAS system, our new system integrated VAS into it. I did application modeling on customer spending patters; and helped in creation of active alert system, which involved activity based forecasts (based on historical dates). The system responded with quotes and terms for a given customer profile, and also depending on whether the application is for individual/joint/collaboration. Customers were also given online calculator for their convenience. The system involved integration of different sets of primary and secondary users depending upon the flow of the information.
