- Key member in establishing GTI Brokerage PMO Office, and managed IT Projects portfolio thereafter
- Managed a program upgrading interconnectivity between a subsidiaries' private network to the JP Morgan Chase corporate network, ultimately also incorporating a desktop and server ReIP into new IP space for the entire franchise

- Developed Project Management Office and project initiation structure for this new unit by formalizing information flows, and establishing collaborative relationships with all business, technology and resource management partners

Managed a complex, business-critical program to migrate US Trust Company processing from a JP Morgan Chase & Co datacenter in New Jersey to Charles Schwab & Co in Phoenix, AZ. Major milestones and deliverables included:
- Documenting existing applications-suites' environments and related system-support requirements within a shared-services datacenter environment
- Documenting Network Designs/Topologies supporting in-house and external processing/data-transfers for ultimate delivery of custom US Trust financial products to external clients
- Engineering an EMC Symetrix Data Transfer Facility environment with an additional layer of Channel Extension Processing (CNT) supporting weeklong DASD transfers from NJ to Phoenix, AZ
- Designing remote access connectivity for internal and external US Trust users throughout the United States
- Designing Bank-to-Bank data encryption, in accordance with bank and regulatory requirements, for services US Trust continued to purchase from JP Morgan Chase & Co
- Supporting all trial-run exercises and provide training for Charles Schwab datacenter personnel as Phase II of the turnover portion of the project plan
- Providing on-site (Phoenix, AZ) support for all DASD transfers by key JP Morgan Chase & Co personnel (e.g., Operations, MVS, Storage, etc.)
