MY INVOLVEMENT

Project # 1

Title : Clinical App Support (March-07 to till date)
Client : Merck Inc., USA.
Technology : UNIX, PL/SQL and SQL.
Work Place : USA till date

Description : Merck is one of top Pharmaceutical Company in the World. Currently I am working on project which is related to Clinical Database Management Support.

Role : Team Lead, DEVELOPMENT, IMPLEMENTATION and SUPPORT. As a team lead and part of team my responsibilities are to understand entire follow of Clinical Data, Clinical Terminologies and Terms, direct interaction with Business and Clinical persons etc. major responsibilities included freezing of clinical data, diagnose the issues, preparing fixes to resolve problem related to clinical data in database, test fixes on testing environment and then implement fixes on Production servers. Developed, modified, and optimized complex stored procedures, triggers to handle complex business rules, history data and audit analysis.

Project # 2

Title : Clinical Trail Management System (Trial Setup) (Dec-05 to till Feb-07)
Client : Merck Inc., USA.
Technology : UNIX, PL/SQL and SQL
Work Place : USA and INDIA

Description : Merck is one of top Pharmaceutical Company in the World. The project that I worked is a 'Clinical Trail Management System Setup (Trial Setup) is a Merck proprietary application which user Oracle 9i database. Merck use this application to configure/setup new clinical studies or Protocols (in clinical terms). Every new study or protocol contains some standards modules and protocol/study specific modules. This application structure the database object dynamically only for standards modules and modules that are study specify are need to be structure from scratch. '

Role : Team Member, DEVELOPMENT and IMPLEMENTATION. As a member of development team, the responsibilities are to understand the business and technical requirements, code the PL/SQL objects as per state requirements. Major responsibilities also included assisting the business users in mapping their clinical requirements to the new database objects and responsibilities during the implementation are to test and deploy the PL/SQL objects on Production server.

Title : Escalation Reporting - Intranet Solution (Sep-05 to Nov-05)
Client : HCL Technologies, Noida.
Technology : ASP.Net, C#, ADO.Net, SQL Server, IIS 6.0.

Description : 'Developed a Web based Intranet Application. Basic purpose of this application is to keep track of day to day system related problems with in the Organization. Analysis the performance of Support engineer and keep track of different Assets. Entire application is divided into three entities (Employee, System Administrator, and support engineer), basic ideal behind this categorization is to make the application work on role base authorization and authentication.'

Role : Team Member, DESIGNING, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION. As a member of the designing and development team, the responsibilities were to understanding the present manual system, requirement study, system specifications, system design, coding, testing. As a part of the development team, responsibilities were to code forms and reports. The responsibilities during the implementation were to host the system on production server and make the user aware about system (give the training to the users).

Title : Real-Time VSM (Vital sign monitoring) (Jul-05 to Aug-05)
Client : HCL Technologies, Noida.
Technology : ASP.Net(C#), IIS 6.0.

Description : 'There are many biosensors that can give us the responses of different organs. Here in this case we are trying to get those data and simulate them to generate the graphs in the computer which will help the medical practitioners to view the data in some graphical format. To achieve this goal we have divided our work in two parts. First part involves receiving the data and storing into some file with a proper format. And the second part involves fetching the data from the .txt file and drawing the graph as per the records stored in the file. '

Role : I was involved in Analysis, designing, Coding and Testing.

Project # 5

Title : Project Management System (Jan-05 to Jul-05)
Client : PetroIT Global, New Delhi
Technology : ASP.Net, VB.Net, SQL Server, IIS 6.0.

Description : 'Task Manager is tool, which will help employee in managing tasks assigned to him. Apart from this it will also keep the employee informed about the new task assign to him and the status of currently handling task'

Role : I was involved in analysis and designing of the prototypes. The job included to understand current system, requirement study, system specifications, coding, testing.
