Service Delivery Manager IBM (Disney), Glendale, CA 2010 - Present
* Leading Disney Consumer Product`s (DCP) onsite team of server analysts, DBA`s and a PM, with backup support via globally-based resources, supporting Disney`s 7x24x365 business model.
* Providing Middleware, OS (Sun, AIX, Linux, Intel & AS400) and DBA (Sybase, Oracle, DB2 and SQL) support to various DCP segments, including Licensing, Retail (Stores US & Europe), DisneyShopping.com and Publishing (Marvel comics), while managing SLA expectations and interactions with DCP leadership.
* Identifying and developing process improvements to streamline work requests improve system availability and reduce costs at both the DCP and Disney enterprise levels.
* Since March 2012, serve as replacement coordinator for the overall IBM/Disney development of the Vulnerability Management (VM) process. Oversee the monthly remediation of security vulnerabilities for nearly 6000 multi OS servers. Requires extensive knowledge of change control processes and request management.

* Fulfilled CIO role of this globally recognized advocacy firm.
* Led and managed team of six onsite analysts and part time offshore programmers that support network, application development, website, VoIP and Help Desk functions. Environment includes Windows, AS400 & Linux servers hosting COTS & proprietary apps, e-commerce (PCI) and Lectora LMS.
