Prepared and maintained project plans to track the progress of the 3 phase payroll project.

Conducted bi-weekly client meetings to inform them of the software progress from the Design, Development and QA testing teams. Organized schedules among agencies in order to facilitate client testing of the software in GCE's Reston headquarters.
