Project included converting legacy green-screen applications to DHTML.
• Designed, configured and programmed a Mainframe to PC client-server system which provided senior management with the data they need to track the responsiveness of our 217 Service Center managers, as related to customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and missed pickups. Using this data, Service Center manager regulation compliance went from an average of 70 % to over 95 %.
