Project: Retail Banking.
Intellect Suite (Core and Treasury) - Intellect Core provides basic banking functionality for transaction (cash) and deposit accounts. It handles opening of accounts, transacting and providing service to existing customers, managing the bank's risks, keeping the books of the bank. Intellect Treasury is a web-based system that meets treasury requirements in the areas of fixed income, forex, money markets, derivatives and risk management.

Project: Finance/Banking, Role - Data Migration Test Analyst.
Credit Risk Assessment System: Project involves collection of data from different sources (bank A/C details, customer details, securities details, customer risk history). This data is merged together into DB and further sorted out as per existing system architect. Once Data is sorted out it's merged with existing DB and crosschecked for data accuracy and reports are generated for lending objectives. Reports consist for customer details, A/C information, risk history and other lending details. Depending upon customers ranking, credit or lending factor is considered.

Environment Details: It's a web-based application using Oracle Server, Oracle, JAVA, Servlets, Applets, HTML and UNIX as a programming language. Testing is carried out using QTP/Load Runner (VB Scripts) and defects are logged into Test Director. Toad is used for logging into DB for checking data integrity using SQL queries.

Responsibilities:

Project: Rohde and Leisensilet/Yang Ming (Financial Reports).

Involved in testing of financial application/reports using Oracle as Back-end and D2K as front end. The application covered entry of cash-in, financial cash-flow statements, financial ratio statements, Sales, Purchase Ledger. System is designed to recover finance from the person through approved agents who will track the balance and recover the amount upon complaint. It maintained details of existing client / customer details, user details, and successively generation of ledger reports.

Environment Details: It's a client server application using Oracle/D2K, HTML, XML, EDI and UNIX as a programming language. Manual testing is carried out using test templates and defects are logged into in house ticketing system. Toad is used for logging into DB for checking data integrity using SQL queries

Responsibilities:
Implemented new testing procedure for the current project.
* Responsible for testing the performance of reports for respective parameters passed.

Responsibilities:
Managed to create new test data for booking screen through creation of new partner, load/discharge port, currency setup for test objective manually as the requirements were being changed frequently.
Responsible for testing EDI logs manually, output generated was in *.XML file.
Testing of reports in .PDF formats whose script was developed through power house code (*QZS),

China Shipping North America (CSNA), Project: Freight Forwarding. Role: Test Analyst.
CSNA is responsible for all day-to-day functions of the container line including booking, marketing, sales, daily equipment management, documentation, account payables and account receivables. In addition, the agency provides overall vessel husbanding services for all China Shipping vessels entering United States ports. Also engaged in container transportation and related services.

Responsibilities:
Consistently in touch with client to understand the system flow and testing the application as the changes was being done.
Carried out testing for standing data related to initial set up of countries, supplier maintenance, customer maintenance, and country/department setups.

Objective of Intranet version was to grant all the employees of organization, suitable user rights as per their designation for carrying out day-to-day activists. Users were Administrators, Developer and Guests. Each user was granted a suitable privilege according to his authority. As per the privilege granted the user was able to access the tools or his specific department work. Developed for 500 users.

Project: MIS-Management Information System.

Project was related to maintenance of goods as per receipt of materials. Indent planning for various regions specifying color and qty. Scanning process of the goods for IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) through scanner for updating the current stock, preparation of stock transfers, sales invoices, were generated as per current stock. Report generation for various goods, region wise, and customer wise, monthly sales report, updating goods/sales return were maintained.
