Informed guests on the quality of products. Endorsed additional purchases to increase sales, and helped train other servers and bartenders. Worked full-time year round while attending school full-time.

RESEARCH PROJECT (2006)
Lafayette College Easton, Pennsylvania
Designed four month study to access the influences of feeding behavior on neurogenesis in adult crayfish. Utilized neuronal markers and BrdU to indicate that neuronal cell proliferation was occurring. Analyzed data using SPSS and presented research.

RESEARCH PROJECT (2005)
Lafayette College Easton, Pennsylvania
Developed hypothesis on the taste threshold differences for nonsmokers and smokers for sodium chloride. Researched previously existing data, designed method, recruited participants and implemented study.
