* Introduced and implemented comprehensive Web-based based transmission tracking, logging and audit system, allowed for access and confirmation of all transmissions and their statuses via the internet. This minimized partner phone inquiries, and improved response time in identifying and resolving transmission issues. This resulted in reduced help-desk, support costs and down-time penalties, which had been burdensome using previous technologies.

* Designed and helped build a data-driven Rapid Screen development infrastructure using WebMethods, SAP and Java front-end. Using pre-built screen-frame templates, Web applications could rapidly be built, updated and customized by simple changes in SAP data table content. This reduced new Web application screen development from 3-6 weeks to 2-3 days.
