9/2006-3/2009 Applied Materials----DR SEMVision with FIB Performed all routine PM and CM. Preformed all service activities through Tier 1 and Tier 2. Responded to fab issues by communicating with other engineers and participated in escalation conference calls. Applied diagnostic techniques for quick repairs. Used training and experience to identify process, software or hardware related system problems. Complied with all customer safety procedures and consistently valued safety. Worked all overtime and requested all training available for tool set.
7/2005-7/2006 Shibatec
Hired as Site Manager for a year long tool evaluation at Micron CDE 300 backside etch, worked with set-up crews with install schedule to meet Microns time line. Worked with Japaneese engineers in establishing a training system for the USA engineers. Trained Micron personnel and after not meeting Micron's process requirements, coordinate with move-out crews.

1/2005-7/2005 Tokyo Electron
Factory trained to troubleshoot and repair of CVD tools at Micron in Manassas,VA Worked on shift work with team under the supervision of a lead and reported to a business unit manager. Utilized PM calls and customer training to reinforce positive company and product image.
