Manager, Web Technologies May 2007 - Present * Responsible for web technologies supporting A) global public web presence, spanning 9 languages and 15 unique country sites and B) Marketing, Sales and Service intranets. All areas include strategy, roadmap, site analytics, budget, vendor and personnel management. * Successfully guided from strategy through implementation a brand new intranet for Sales, Marketing and Service, utilizing Microsoft Sharepoint. The results were greatly improved timeliness and accuracy of material, reduction in inefficiencies and improved cycle time of projects. * Successfully set strategy, metrics and plan to expand the public web presence from one language/site to 9 languages and 15 unique country sites. Results were 50% increase in overall web traffic and expanded access to our products and solutions to thousands more potential customers around the world. * Successfully planned and guided the integration of SalesForce.com into the global public website and developed a standard process to quickly deliver campaigns using the integration, in multiple languages.
