Responsible for the mechanical and electrical assembly of control panels and enclosures for high speed printing presses. As a team member recommended numerous changes to mechanical and electrical prints. Experienced in numerous sections of the electrical assembly department.

TPM Technician, Canon Virginia Incorporated (CVI), Newport News, Va, 2007-2008

Responsible for the maintaining of injection molding machines, laser cutting presses, punch presses and powder coating machinery used in the production of Canon products, including electrical wiring, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems and PLC ladder logic.

Thermoforming Maintenance Technician, Symmetry Medical - Poly Vac, Manchester, NH 2004 - 2006

Solely responsible for the rebuilding of all electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems on eight thermoforming/vacuum forming machines, nine MOKON heated oil transfer units, three walk-in oven units, six batch transfer oven units and twenty tool manifold/platens used in the production of medical equipment trays and containers. Utilizing electrical/mechanical diagrams and Allen-Bradley RSLogix PLC programming, troubleshot problems with machines and PLC operations, developed modifications to machinery and changes to PLC programming to meet changing requirements.
